The all new Lynx 850 is the most powerful and effortless sled Lynx has ever released. We are very excited to do what we do best, increasing performance and making this most capable sled even more enjoyable. Coupled with our Double Walled Design which greatly decreases under the hood heat and also reduces harmful engine harmonics. HPS has proven their designs with supplying two decades of lightweight and durable snowmobile silencers. The New Platinum Lite Ceramic is a rich metallic finish rated for 2200 degrees and twice as durable as our previous polished coating.

• Over +5 HP increase in the mid range (7200 RPM) and +3 HP on the top end (7950 Peak RPM)

• Bracket holes are pressed rounded for maximum life of rubber cushions
• Webbed mounting brackets for maximum strength and weight reduction
• D shaped bung for securing temperature probe
• CNC mandrel bent inlet tube to fit stock heat shield (not necessary with platinum coating)

Storage on the Ski-Doo Gen4/G5 sled is very limited so HPS strategically designed our performance exhausts to allow room for extra heated storage under the hood.  Move unwanted weight out of your backpack or tunnel bag and keep yourself light and nimble for easy maneuverability. Ski-Doo has engineered the Gen4/G5 platform to be as balance as possible yet no one wants to run the weight of the stock exhaust. HPS has developed a way to help keep your sled balanced while shedding weight with our water resistant, under the hood, heated storage bag. Large enough to store am extra pair of goggles, gloves, tools, snacks and other supplies together.

Would you like to build your own exhaust muffler for your Non-Turbo Ski-Doo snowmobile?  Then you will need a Bell Flange for your project. With your choice of 304L Stainless Tubing or Carbon Steel, these bell flanges are flared to a perfect fit for the stock pipe and foil gasket.

Features:
- Fits all 2012+ 850, 800, 650, 600, XP Chassis, XM Chassis, Gen4/Gen5 Chassis, Non-Turbo sleds.
- 2" OD tubing cut at a total length of 1.5"
- Perfect Fit
