Results: Improved performance through-out the entire power curve, increased throttle response in the mid-range with +5  HP gain and +3 HP gain at the top end. Compatible with the stock ECM programming. An impressive -9 lbs weigh reduction. The Ceramic is a rich metallic finish rated for 2000 degrees and twice as durable as our previous cermachrome polished coating.

HPS is conscientious of maintaining respectable sound levels. This new PATRIOT 9R silencer develops only 4 dbs over stock at wide open throttle while maintaining the highly desired HPS signature tone. Coupled with our Double Walled Design that greatly decreases under the hood heat and reduces harmful engine harmonics. Ski-Doo has engineered the Gen4/G5 platform to be as balance as possible yet no one wants to run the weight of the stock exhaust. HPS has developed a way to help keep your sled balanced while shedding weight with our water resistant, under the hood, heated storage bag. Large enough to store am extra pair of goggles, gloves, tools, snacks and other supplies together.

HPS has created a bracket specifically for securely mounting a Trail Chef Muff Pot Cooker onto your Ski-Doo Factory 850 Turbo which will work perfect for not only a stock set up, but also works with the HPS any other aftermarket muffler set up you choose to ride. Strategically placed to keep your food the warmest and most accessible.

Mounts directly to the exhaust manifold Flange by way of stainless HPS bracket for best heat transfer. 

(Some minor modification/trimming may be necessary on the outer heat shield of the stock downpipe manifold)

Our goals were to create a lite weight silencer with durability, passing sound qualities and performance demanded by our customers. HPS has meet these design goals by reducing weight to only 6.5 lbs and increasing power +2.5 HP. Coupled with our Double Walled Design that greatly decreases under the hood heat and reduces harmful engine harmonics. HPS has proven their designs with supplying two decades of lightweight and durable snowmobile silencers. Elevate your fun factor with this all new silencer!

NOTE:

• Fits all the; Alpha One, M6000 and M8000 ProClimb, SnoPro 600/800, XF 600/800, ZR 600/800, 2018-22, RIOT/RIOT X, models.
