HPS has proven their designs with supplying two decades of lightweight and durable snowmobile silencers. The New Platinum Lite Ceramic is a rich metallic finish rated for 2200 degrees and twice as durable as our previous polished coating.

Everyone enjoys a warm meal while out on a cold snowmobile ride, but finding a place to mount a cooker pot on you Factory Gen4 Turbo is almost impossible. HPS has created a bracket specifically for securely mounting a Trail Chef Muff Pot Cooker onto your Ski-Doo Factory 850 Turbo which will work perfect for not only a stock set up, but also works with the HPS any other aftermarket muffler set up you choose to ride. Strategically placed to keep your food the warmest and most accessible.

Mounts directly to the exhaust manifold Flange by way of stainless HPS bracket for best heat transfer. 

(Some minor modification/trimming may be necessary on the outer heat shield of the stock downpipe manifold)

HPS through extensive field and dyno testing has developed an all new exhaust silencer for the NEW POLARIS AXYS & MATRXY (NON TURBO). Results: Improved performance through-out the entire power curve, increased throttle response in the mid-range with +4.5 HP gain and +2.5 HP gain at the top end. Compatible with the stock ECM programming. An impressive -9 lbs weigh reduction. The Ceramic is a rich metallic finish rated for 2000 degrees and twice as durable as our previous cermachrome polished coating.

HPS is conscientious of maintaining respectable sound levels. This new PATRIOT 850 silencer develops only 4 dbs over stock at wide open throttle while maintaining the highly desired HPS signature tone. Coupled with our Double Walled Design that greatly decreases under the hood heat and reduces harmful engine harmonics. HPS has proven their designs with supplying two decades of lightweight and durable snowmobile silencers.

This is the only performance muffler designed for the Factory Turbo with an aftermarket down pipe manifold made to utilize space and allow room for the HPS heat storage bracket and bag (available here).  Recreated from the ground up with our unique double walled, dual chamber design that gives the customer the durability and that deep HPS Signature tone that our customers love.

Storage on the Ski-Doo Gen4/G5 sled is very limited so HPS strategically designed our performance exhausts to allow room for extra heated storage under the hood.  Move unwanted weight out of your backpack or tunnel bag and keep yourself light and nimble for easy maneuverability. Ski-Doo has engineered the Gen4/G5 platform to be as balance as possible yet no one wants to run the weight of the stock exhaust. HPS has developed a way to help keep your sled balanced while shedding weight with our water resistant, under the hood, heated storage bag. Large enough to store am extra pair of goggles, gloves, tools, snacks and other supplies together.

Love having warm food when riding your sled? This is a bracket that you can rivet to your current Trail Chef cooker pot, which will perfectly mount and align your cooker to fit on your stock or modified Ski-Doo Factory G4 Turbo.

Note:
-Fits on the Ski-Doo G4 turbo. (G5 Turbo does not have enough room to mount a muffpot)
-Comes with hole mounting template, stainless bracket, 6 stainless rivers
