The all new Gen-4 600R is the most powerful and effortless sled 600 has ever released. We are very excited to do what we do best, increasing performance and making this most capable sled even more enjoyable. Coupled with our Double Walled Design which greatly decreases under the hood heat and also reduces harmful engine harmonics. HPS has proven their designs with supplying two decades of lightweight and durable snowmobile silencers. The Platinum Ceramic is a rich metallic finish rated for 22000 degrees.

  • 7.2 lbs (-9 lbs weight reduction from stock)
  • Over +4 HP increase in the mid range (7200 RPM) and +2 HP on the top end (8000 Peak RPM)
  • Comes with 12" EGT extension
  • Dyno tuned and field tested for best performance and durability
  • Burnt Gold Ceramic Coating rated at 2200 degrees
  • Bracket holes are pressed rounded for maximum life of rubber cushions
  • Webbed mounting brackets for maximum strength and weight reduction
  • D shaped bung for securing temperature probe
  • CNC mandrel bent inlet tube to fit stock heat shield (not necessary with platinum coating)

NOTE:

All results are tested at complete break-in and stock parameters

(Passes SAE J-2567 sound test approved below 88 dbs 4000 RPM)
